Code of Ethical Conduct
We operate to a strict code of ethical conduct. This includes the following issues:
- We endeavour to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible with courtesy and professionalism.
- Our IT technicians are required to update their skills and knowledge on a regular basis.
- Customer care is of paramount importance. We have never had any complaints, but if we did they would be thoroughly investigated and sorted out as quickly and completely as possible.
- We will not work for companies and/or individuals who are involved in activities with which we disagree, such as gambling or pornography, or those that cause unnecessary harm to the environment.
- Our IT technicians will work with integrity, fairness and honesty, treating customers with respect and dignity.
- IT technicians will exercise care, diligence, skill and responsibility when undertaking IT services.
- All customers will be provided with a written quotation upon request and only work within this quotation will be carried out by the technician. If additional work is required this will be discussed with the customer and an additional, written quotation produced.
